For his part Peter developed two very different generative “synths” to run in Zak’s extensive, all real time VDMX show file.  These plugins allowed Zak to tweak and tune the look and sequencing of the synths to achieve a wide variation and to adapt and hone the show as it progressed over the tour.

Peter prototyped and sculpted the real-time synths in TouchDesigner before translating the resulting shaders over to VDMX’s ISF format allowing it to then be sequenced and preset by Zak in his main show system.
