In 2011, Amon Tobin enlisted VSquared Labs to direct what became one of the most influential live electronic music shows of our time. The projection mapped visual spectacle that was ISAM Live blew minds around the world and inspired countless artists. A large team was assembled to create the high quality content, interactive tools, effects and production design and execution.

[namethemachine] was incredibly honored to be a core member of the team that developed and toured the show.

Peter Sistrom of [ntm] held many roles in the development and execution of ISAM :

• Coordinated between the various animators for the show in order to make sure their content mapped well and was effective.
• Programmed the core playback system for the show and integrated what was then very experimental mapping technology built by LVTHN into the touring system.
• Created several of the show’s visual pieces that occurred during the show
• Served as the show’s touring VJ
